Springwood Projects specialises in managing business change. The company assists organisations with the design, planning and implementation of new business processes. This includes a series of workshops based around his own bespoke project management methodology. 

Founded by Paul Osborne with over 30 years experience and over 200 successful projects. Business transformation projects have covered both the private and public sectors including a variety of blue chip clients such as UK & European governments, Barclays Bank, Philips and many more, including many sectors including government, finance, retail, film, logistics and property.

Current projects MovieWorks (film finance, production and distribution) and FHRS4RETAIL (based on the UK wide Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) created in collaboration with the Food Standards Agency) and Springwood Park (Equestrian and eco fuel).
